As someone who is challenged with anxiety, yoga has helped to nurture my mental health. Throughout my journey I have accumulated many resources in my wellness toolbox with yoga remaining at the top of the list. Yoga provides me with a sense of inner peace, calmness, and awareness. My mission is to build community through yoga, create a safe space to move, and share yoga and its benefits with the world. It's more than yoga, it's a lifestyle!
