Hello,

My name is Kameren and I am a Los Angeles based Yoga Instructor with over a decade of practicing yoga. My yoga journey began as an addition to my overall fitness routine and soon after I noticed a positive shift not only physically but mentally. I was then called to pursue the 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in Unified Yoga; Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Hatha. This opportunity allowed me to learn more about yoga and its benefits beyond the physical body. In my continued pursuit to expand I went on to complete the 75HR Yin Yoga & Anatomy Teacher Training. This alternative approach to healing and connecting to the body became part of my wellness toolbox.

During some of my darkest days, I felt out of alignment and disconnected from my authentic self. The anxiety increased, I was experiencing excruciating stomach pains, and depression. At that moment I turned to every resource available with yoga having the biggest impact. I was able to combine physical and mental wellness to improve my overall health. I increased my practice seeking guidance and peace. With daily practice, I was able to awaken parts of me that I had suppressed. As my journey continued anxiety would ease and I felt a sense of peace and freedom. Yoga became my safe space, without judgment, and compassion for myself. My mission became clear, to share yoga and its benefits with the world. Namaste, Kameren
